With the philosophy of 'putting heart into every dish of braised food,' we started from a small storefront and after 30 years of operation, have become a well-known local braised food brand. Our braised food uses a unique 18-herb recipe, including precious spices such as star anise, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, and cloves. Through three generations of inheritance and improvement, we have formed a unique flavor profile. Each pot of aged braised sauce requires hours of careful simmering, allowing the essence of the spices to fully integrate into the braising liquid, creating Yi-Zhen-Xiang's distinctive taste.
