This page is the current source for delivery fees and post-purchase handling. Product-specific ingredients, storage conditions and expiry information still follow the actual package label.

Delivery methods and fees
Fees are calculated from the total number of products in one website order. The checkout total is the final amount for that order.

02 · Fulfilment
Shipment and arrival timing
We do not promise a fixed number of delivery days. After payment is confirmed, the shipment and arrival arrangement for that order is provided through the order notification. An inquiry or requested date is not a confirmed delivery promise.
03 · Receiving
Check the order on arrival
Check the outer box, shipping label, product count, packaging and frozen condition promptly. Store the products according to the package label. If an item appears unsafe, do not consume it before contacting the store.
04 · Returns & refunds
Returns and issue handling
Where a product qualifies as perishable, has a short shelf life, or will expire by the time a contract is cancelled, and this exception was clearly disclosed before purchase, Taiwan’s seven-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply. This does not remove rights relating to defective or incorrect goods.
For an incorrect item, damage, temperature loss or quality concern, contact us preferably within 24 hours after arrival. Keep the product, full packaging, shipping label, order number and clear photos for confirmation. This reporting request does not limit statutory defect rights.
Do not send frozen food back without confirmation. Customer service will confirm whether collection, replacement, refund or another appropriate handling method applies.
When an incorrect shipment, transit damage or product issue is confirmed as the merchant’s responsibility, Yi-Zhen-Xiang bears the necessary return or replacement shipping cost. An approved refund is completed within 7 business days using the original payment method or another method confirmed with the customer.
