Personal data handling is covered by the Privacy Policy. Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping, Returns & Refunds page, which is the authoritative source for fees and post-purchase handling.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.

Contact the store immediately if you discover unauthorised use. The store may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information or is misused.

Prices, specifications and stock are as shown in the live catalogue. Ingredients, storage conditions and expiry always follow the actual package label.

If a system error produces a clearly incorrect price, the store may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund it in full.

Submitting an order is an offer. A contract is formed when the store confirms availability and issues an order confirmation.

The store may decline an order where items are out of stock, details are clearly incorrect, or the order appears abnormal. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Pre-ordering is for in-store pickup only and does not include delivery. LINE login is required before a reservation can be submitted.

A reservation moves through: pending payment or verification, confirmed, ready for pickup, and completed. Failing to collect within the agreed slot is recorded as a no-show.

While a reservation is pending payment/verification or confirmed, you can cancel it yourself under “My reservations”.

Once preparation has begun the item is already being cooked to order, so online cancellation is disabled — please contact the store directly. Completed or cancelled reservations cannot be changed.

Pre-orders currently support paying cash at pickup or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, upload the payment proof; the reservation is confirmed once staff verify it.

LINE Pay is not yet available.

Returns, refunds and delivery issues are governed entirely by the Shipping, Returns & Refunds page, which is the authoritative source. This page does not restate those rules to avoid conflicts.

Note that products qualifying as perishable or short-shelf-life under a disclosed legal exception are not covered by the seven-day distance-selling cancellation right. Rights relating to defective or incorrect goods are unaffected.

Trademarks, text, images, product photography and layout on this site belong to the store or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

The store may suspend or adjust all or part of the service for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond its control. Pre-ordering may also be paused according to operational needs.

Planned interruptions are announced on the site in advance; unexpected ones are restored as soon as possible.

The store is liable for defective or incorrect goods and for performing transactions as required by law. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, it is not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages, third-party service failures or force majeure.

Nothing here excludes or limits rights you have under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes are subject to the Taiwan New Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless exclusive jurisdiction is otherwise provided by law.
